ALOHA RIDERS (KIDS)

Let's face it, when some of us were kids, church was BORING! None of us wants church to be a place our kids dread going. The good news is, kids love our Aloha Riders Kids Church. We’ve created fun, engaging, and age appropriate environments where kids learn the Word of God, experience the love of Jesus, and grow in faith and community with their peers!

POINT BREAK (STUDENTS)

Point Break (Noun) \point brāk\
The exciting place where a wave impacts rock jutting out into the water. Point breaks usually have only one take off point and travel in one direction. Trained surfers know how to expertly ride the resulting surging and swelling wave for the adventure of a lifetime.

In the same way, Jesus Christ, our rock, impacts all of creation, creating a surging and swelling wave of God’s directional purpose throughout our world. Our goal is to help middle and high school students catch the wave, riding it throughout their life. We teach them how to love God and love people.

Point Break is our weekly worship, friendship, games, food, and teaching environment for 6th-12th grade students. POINT BREAK IS NOT CURRENTLY MEETING - WE ARE TRYING TO BUILD A CORE GROUP OF INTERESTED STUDENTS - PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING RE-LAUNCH THIS VITAL MINISTRY

Care

We have many opportunities to get involved in both local and world–wide missions. We give to World Vision and Samaritan’s Purse for both National and Global missions needs. We also partner with the Salvation Army locally to give away hundreds of Thanksgiving meals each year and provide Christmas gifts for dozens of children in our community. We regularly help unhoused and hungry people on the Big Island through our support of Big Island Giving Tree, The Salvation Army: Honoka’a, and The Food Bank. We also provide groceries to sixteen local families each month.
